Bought a hot tub 2 years ago and still runs perfectly. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The hot tub we bought is so much more economical than the plastic one we had prior to this. I definitely recommend.
Just had ours delivered yesterday, quick, straight forwards, ours was lifted in by portacover over 2 gardens. Very good guys. We bought the limelight flair, best purchase I ever made, so nice, music is very loud with sub woofer, the jets very good, so relaxing, easy testing setup, wrote down all actions monthly and weekly to care for filter. And had the pillow and Care products to start us off. I would give this service and tub 10/10, couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks Rose and jack, also portacover made my experience stress free
We have had the Azure Premier for two years now and found it fantastic and very beneficial for my health. We use it most evenings in all weathers, I have fitted a parasol over the top for the when the rain is too heavy. The service and aftercare has been excellent and I am very happy to recommend Bristol Hotsprings.
Love our rhythm hot tub of six years. Still using it at least twice a week.could not be without it. Never had any problems. Highly recommend

I recently got a Cardiff HotSpring Hot Tub, and it's been incredible. The quality is top-notch, and the comfort is unmatched. The jets provide a relaxing massage experience, and I love the customizable settings. Maintenance is easy, and the durability is impressive. Highly recommended.

Well I was debating for a long time to get one. now it's fitted and up and running I cant believe it was even a debate. From the initial showroom visit to the delivery date and installation Mitch kept us fully informed. Installation was done in a very efficient and un interrupted fashion we didn't even know they were working in the garden. We have used the HotSpring Relay every night and loving every minute of it. Looking forward to many years of pure bliss relaxing whilst letting all my aches and pains float away. Thanks Mitch you made all this really easy and straight forward even down to choosing the right Hot tub for us.

We purchased our first hot tub from HotSpring nearly 25 years ago. When that hot tub failed four years ago, because a rat gnawed through the wooden base and cabeling, we had no hesitation in purchasing a replacement from HotSpring. Their service has always been first class and we would highly recommend them. We should mention the original HotSpring hot tubs were wooden, hence the reason the rat could gain access, as they are no longer have a wooden fame, they are a composite resin material, we should never see a problem like that again!.
First class customer service; Terese delivered our spare parts herself late on a Friday evening knowing they would miss the post.. will definitely use the new branch!

Bought my Limelight Pulse hot tub from Swansea Hotspring showroom. Fantastic hot tub, real good quality tub. Cant put a price on the well being , relaxation and great family fun we have experienced. Mitch at Swansea Hotspring has been brilliant with the after sales advice. Knowledgeable , professional and friendly.

Fantastic customer service from Laura, the instore team at Swansea, to the installation team, very accommodating to our particular needs for installation. We were kept up to date with developments whilst waiting for our Envoy NXT. My husband was the driving force behind getting a hot tub but once it was here I have become its biggest fan. Apart from helping with aches and pains, it has reduced stress levels and we are sleeping so much better, (I know that isn't listed as a benefit when talking about hot tubs but I certainly have found it so). I have struggled a little with the chemistry of maintaining water pH etc but we now have installed the ACE system so moving forward hoping things will be easier. I would recommend a hot tub to anyone, particularly HotSpring, after all you do get what you pay for and this is an excellent product, in my opinion the Best on the Market. Go and see Laura in Swansea branch, you won't regret it. We are now in the process o erecting a building around the spa, happy days.

I would like to write a review about my Hotsprings hot tub Envoy . I’ve had my hot tub for 13 years , it is always on and only turned off to clean and refill normally done in the same day . It is a wonderful thing and still looks amazing . I replaced the lid 2 years ago and am now replacing the filters . Don’t buy cheaper these hot tubs are built to last .
As this was our first ever hot tub purchase, we did not know what to expect. Our fears were put to rest by Rob McCabe at the Bristol showroom. His extensive knowledge, friendly manner and attention to detail found us the perfect hot tub match. Delivered before Christmas, as promised, this has been a hassle free purchase and we are really enjoying the benefits of owning a hot tub. I would thoroughly recommend.
We have had our hot tub since July 21. The Fresh Water System is so efficient that it only needs checking once a week and we are still running on the original fill of water which is still crystal clear. The only maintenance is vacuuming the inside, wiping around the waterline and washing the filters. So easy to operate and is so good with dealing with bad backs and joint pain. Throughly recommend Hot Springs too as always so helpful and giving advice with no hard sell.
Excellent customer service! Popped in to Hotsprings Plymouth to get an Ag+ unit and met with Liene McCall who was brilliant. Liene knows how to look after her customers -- excellent knowledge of the range and how to get the best from our hot tub. Not only did she answer all our questions, but volunteered some tips to get even better performance (which would save us money in the long run). The buying process last year was professionally dealt with and Sue Pascoe maid sure we bought the correct hot tub to suit our needs. She also managed a very tricky delivery. We are happy to recommend Hotsprings Plymouth.

We finally have our wonderful Soveriegn Highlife Hotspring Tub installed. Much delayed our end, because of garden works to accommodate, but Mitch and the Team at Cardiff were with us all the way. We are delighted with their service and the quality of the product which we have been enjoying in spite of inclement weather, As novice Hot Tub users it is also so reassuring to have Mitch and the Team at the end of the phone for advice
Great service from the start when we met Josie in Swansea. She continued to communicate very effectively throughout the entire purchase process. The two delivery guys Jack and Josh were awesome and went above and beyond. I had an issue whereby the tub didn’t come with a subwoofer as it should with the music option, but that has now been scheduled for installation.
Rob and the Team have been fantastic from first visit. The knowledge and genuine level of understanding has been second to none. Would and have highly recommended their sales and service. Anyone unsure should go speak with Rob, he will make sure you feel welcome and provide you with a breath of honest fresh air.

Would definitely recommend ’Hot Spring’ tubs. The quality compared to other tubs are of a higher standard and the service is as good. I have been worried the last 6 months because of the rising energy costs. I turned my hot tub off due to this reason but turned it back on for the Christmas period. Hot spring electric efficiency didn’t disappoint and I can continue to enjoy. Thanks to Simon in the Cardiff branch today for the professional service and advice.
We purchased a Prodigy FreshWater System hot tub and from ordering with Liene to delivery the service has been excellent. I We had never had a hot tub before and have had to learn a lot re chemicals etc. I think we have made so many calls to Liene and Sue asking questions and they have been brilliant and are always there to help. Really first class service and we love our hot tub.
